This Refund Policy applies to services provided by TriSolutions, a business of RHAPSOZE TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED.

• The client's request for a refund must be due to a significant failure on our part to deliver the agreed-upon services as outlined in the project proposal or contract.
• The client must provide a detailed explanation of the issue and evidence of the failure to meet the project scope.
• No refunds will be issued for services that have been completed to the client's satisfaction, or for projects where the client has approved the final deliverable.

• Consulting and Advisory Services: Fees for initial consultations, strategy sessions, and advisory services are non-refundable.
• Work Already Performed: No refunds will be issued for work that has already been completed and delivered, regardless of the project status.

If a refund is approved, the refund process will be initiated. The approved amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 15-20 business days from the date of approval. The actual timeline for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
